We FISLAGE Flexibles GmbH / Merseburger Verpackung GmbH are a medium-sized family business with 100 / 40 employees from the paper and packaging industry. With our composites we supply converters from a wide range of industries all over the world – our tasks are the selection of suitable materials for suitable composite designs. When fulfilling the most diverse requirements, the conservation of resources and environmentally conscious handling within our production are always in the foreground.

After successfully completing my vocational training, I was immediately given my own area of responsibility – I took over the scheduling of two newly acquired modern machines. In the following years, my area of responsibility even expanded to include the entire machine park. In addition to the opportunities in the operational business, I also have the opportunity to develop my professional and individual skills in consultation with HR management and senior management.
